Separate Crashes Slow Traffic On Pair Of Hudson Valley Parkways

Separate crashes have been reported on parkways in the Hudson Valley.

One happened shortly after 9:30 a.m. Sunday, June 18 on the northbound Palisades Interstate Parkway at Exit 19 (Perkins Memorial Drive in Stony Point), near the border of Rockland and Orange counties.

Traffic is backed up to Exit 17 (Anthony Wayne Recreation Area in Bear Mountain).

Multiple vehicles were reportedly involved in the incident.

The other crash occurred around 9:10 a.m. on the northbound Taconic State Parkway in Dutchess County, approaching Exit 43A (Route 82, East Fishkill) and is on the right shoulder.
